Affected by the financial crisis the world economy has declined obviously and the prices of crude oil and iron ore have dropped dramatically. With the dual impact of the economic recession in the world and the cyclic callback of the domestic economy, China is having the pressure in maintaining a stable and rapid economic growth. However, the financial crisis entails great opportunities. The city of Ningbo should grasp the opportunities, defuse dangers and promote investment and industrial upgrading and deepen the reform and innovation thoroughly, so as to take the lead in overcoming crisis among the counterpart cities in China.
