摘要 用不同的溶剂多次研磨浸泡菠菜叶,提取其中的色素成份,再通过色层分析法进行分离。该实验用了薄层层析与硅胶柱层析,并使用相同的固定相(薄层层析用的硅胶G)与流动相(正己烷-乙酸乙酯)。分离后对得到的6种色素进行了定量研究。结果表明:菠菜色素中叶绿素α的含量最高,胡萝卜素最少,其他色素含量相近。 The pigments are abstracted from the leaves of spinach by grinding and soaking in the different solvents. Then they are separated by using chromatography. The research uses the thin layer chromatography and silica gel column chromatography with the same stationary phase (silica gel)and mobile phase (n-hexane and ethyl acetate). At last six pigments are gotten and quantified, which shows chorophyll a is the most and carotene the least, the contents of other pigments are little different.
