创建和谐开放型实验中心是建设和谐社会的具体体现之一。实践表明，按照“以人为本，创建和谐开放型实验中心”的理念进行实验中心建设，有利于发挥实践教学在学员培养中的作用，提高资产效能；有利于建立完善的实验教学体系，有利于提高学员实践的积极性，有利于培养具有创新意识、刨新能力的人才。

Construction of harmonious open experiment center is the need of promoting harmonious society. It is proved that laboratory constructed in colleges should embody the concept.
