摘要
对基础课实验室的建设和管理模式进行了大胆的探索,在建立合理的教学体系、充分激发学生的实验兴趣、建设优化的实验教学平台、提高实验教学管理水平、加强实验教学队伍建设这5个方面采取措施,促进科研成果向实验教学内容转化,并建立了全开放的自主实验环境和电工综合实验平台,有效地促进了人才培养质量和实验室管理水平的提高。
Reforms are implemented in five aspects such as establishing reasonable experiment teaching system, inspiriting students' interests, building optimum experiment teaching platform, improving experiment management level and strengthening experiment teaching team construction. These steps accelerate the transform of scientific research results to experimental teaching contents. At the same time an open and independent experiment circumstance as well as an integrated eleetrotechnics experiment platform is built, which effectively accelerates the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation and laboratory management level.
