"9.11"事件以来,恐怖袭击给世界带来了严重危害。交通运输体系中起控制性作用的桥梁对恐怖分子来说是非常有吸引力的目标。基于恐怖袭击的桥梁设计研究成为安全科学的新课题。对桥梁可能面对的恐怖袭击进行了分析。为基于恐怖袭击的桥梁设计提出了一些具体措施。这些措施将有利于反恐设计方案的选择和筛选出恐怖分子可能优先采取的袭击行动。列举了一座大跨斜拉桥的例子。
In the aftermath of the September 11 Attacks, terrorist attacks have caused grave endangerment to the world. Bridges that are critical to the communication and transportation systems are certainly the very attractive targets to the terrorists and the design and research of bridges based on the terrorist attacks have therefore become a new issue in the field of safety science. In this paper, the aspects of the potential terrorist attacks the bridges will confront are analyzed and some specific measures for the design of the bridges against the terrorist attacks are brought forth, which will be helpful to the selection of the design alternatives against the terrorist attacks and to the sorting-out of the possible attack action the terrorist will give first priority to take. Finally, an example a long span cable-stayed bridge design in such case is given.
