丹参酮注射液对急性心肌梗死患者脑钠素N端前体肽的影响及临床意义

The effect and clinical significance of tanshinone injection on plasma NT-proBNP in acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨丹参酮注射液对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者脑钠素N端前体肽(NT-proBNP)的影响及临床意义。方法将急性心肌梗死患者32例,随机分成2组,试验组16例,对照组16例,2组均接受常规内科治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参酮注射液静脉滴注,每天1次,连续使用7d,观察CK-MB、NT-proBNP的变化;并随访3个月心脏主要不良事件(MACE)的发生率。结果治疗第8天,2组心肌酶CK-MB均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组NT-proBNP较治疗前有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组较治疗前及对照组均下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访3个月,试验组MACE发生率为20.0%(3/15),对照组MACE发生率为35.7%(5/14),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮注射液能有效降低AMI患者急性期NT-proBNP,有效减少3个月内MACE的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect and clinical significance of tanshinone injection on plasma NT-proBNP in acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods Thirty-two cases with AMI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and 16 cases in each group.All patients underwent routine medicine therapy, and the patients in treatment group were added tanshinone injection which be used once a day for 7 days, while the patients in control group without, The changes of CK-MB,NT-proBNP were observed, and the occurrence rates of MACE were followed 3 months. Results The level of CK-MB descends obviously in both groups on the 8 days, compared to pre treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）, yet it had no statisties significant intra groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. As for NT-proBNP, it descended in control group slightly and no statistical difference compared with pre treatment （ P 〉 0. 05） ; While it decreased obviously in treatment group, compared with control group and before therapy （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Followed up 3 months, the MACE occurrence rate of the treatment group was 20.0%（3/15） ,while 35.7%（5/14） in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It demonstrated that tanshinone injection could decrease the level of NT-proBNP in AMI patients,as well as reduce MACE occurrence rates within 3 months.
