冠脉内山莨菪碱预处理对急性心肌梗死PCI无再流的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察冠脉开通前向冠状动脉闭塞远端注射山莨菪碱对急性心肌梗死PCI无再流现象的影响。方法100例接受PCI的AMI患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例。试验组:冠脉开通前经OTW球囊中心腔或微导管向闭塞远端冠状动脉内缓慢注射盐酸山莨菪碱稀释液0.1mg(0.1mg/ml),后行常规PCI处理。对照组:直接行常规PCI处理。结果试验组开通即刻和开通5min后帧数分别为31±9和35±10,开通5min与开通即刻差值为3.7±1.8;对照组开通即刻和开通5min后帧数分别为36±13和44±13,开通5min与开通即刻差值为8.0±2.7。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冠脉开通前对闭塞血管远端冠脉内注射山莨菪碱可有效预防血管开通后无再流的发生。
