不同因素对“寒露蜜”桃果肉褐变影响 被引量:3

摘要 以“寒露蜜”桃为试材,应用正交优化法,对影响桃子保鲜效果的四个主要因素进行了对比分析,明确了四个因素主次效应及不同水平间差异。分析得出了各因素最佳组合。证明:影响桃保鲜的关键因素的A(预冷温度),次为D(采收期),最佳保鲜方案为A1(4℃预冷温)+B1(0℃冷藏)+C1(PE0.05mm包装)+D4(早采9月25日以前)。
