A Sociological Explanation of the Religious Nature of Marx

在对马克思有关宗教本质问题的认识上，长期以来存在着“自我意识说”、“虚幻反映说”、“鸦片说”等观点。马克思对宗教本质的论述，并不像某些学者所说的是可以用一两句话来概括的。实际上，在马克思的眼里，宗教就是一个多层次的社会现象。

There has been many opinions about the religions nature of Marx such as Self-Consciousness theory, Opitun Theory, Theory of Reflection and so on. But the author thinks that it is difficult to summarize Marx＇ s explanation of the religious nature in one or two words just as what many scholars said. In fact, in the eyes of Marx, religion is a multi -level social phenomenon.
