摘要
中国饮食文化内涵丰富、历史悠久。在对外传播过程中有效传播我国饮食文化具有重要意义。探讨了中国式新潮菜名的命名方式、英译原则和方法,以期能对我国饮食文化的对外传播有所帮助。
The names of Chinese dish may be classified into two groups based on the uniqueness of their formation in the process of translation. Different name groups of Chinese dish should adopt different translation methods according to the psychological expectation of English readers and the characteristics of cross-culture communication.
