摘要
采用解剖和生物测定的方法,研究了棉铃虫蛾的性成熟情况和交配习性。结果表明:(1)雄蛾的附腺、贮精囊和精包腺长度随蛾龄的增加而增长,0日龄至1日龄时增幅较大,以后转入稳定渐增阶段;睾丸体积随蛾龄的增加而稳定下降;雄蛾的交配始期为2~3日龄,交配高峰期为4日龄。(2)棉铃虫雌蛾卵的成熟速度快,抱卵量随日龄增长而成倍增加,产卵量也随蛾龄增大而大幅度上升,至4,5,6日龄时产卵量达到高峰,7和8日龄产卵量略有下降。(3)不同日龄雌蛾与3日龄雄蛾交配结果表明,从1日龄起,部分雌蛾便可接受交配,交配高峰期为4日龄。(4)群体饲养试验表明,10对0日龄雌、雄配对时,交配率高达90%,每雌接受精包2.4个,极显著高于10对0日龄雄蛾与2日龄雌蛾混养组。在实验室饲养条件下,由于雄蛾羽化一般比雌蛾迟2d,故将雄蛹放入较高温度下以使雌、雄交配高峰期相遇是提高卵孵化率的途径之一。
Reproductive systems of the cotton bollwom, H. armigera were dissected, and bioassay was carried out in laboratory. It was found that male accessary gland, duplex, and primary simplex lengthened rapidly from night 0 (the night of emergence) to night 1 and incresed steadily from then on. Testis contracted gradually with the lapse of time, implying the maturity of male reproductive system was on night 2 or 3. All the 1dayold females carried mature eggs and the prereproductive period was from 0.7 to 1.7 day. Rate of ovipositing females and eggdeposition kept increasing until night 7. The successful mating of male started on night 2 with mating rate being 5.6%, while that of female on night 1 with mating rate 16.2%. Both peaked on night 4. Most 5 and 6dayold females exhibited unreceptive behavior to mating attempts of males, perhaps they carried too many eggs and were very busy to oviposit. Nearly 90% females in groups including 10 pairs of 0dayold moths mated successfully and each female received an average number of spermatophore of 2.4 through their lifetimes, much significantly more than those in groups combined with 10 pairs of 0dayold males and 2dayold females.
