摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法,分析了盐酸美金刚合成中所用乙醇、乙醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯的溶剂残留量.实验的色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX(30 m×0.53 mm×1.0μm)毛细管色谱柱,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID).4种溶剂均达到完全分离,各溶剂线性实验所得回归方程的相关系数均大于0.99,加标回收率为90%~110%,RSD<2.0%(n=6).该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好.
Residual organic solvents of ethanol,ethyl ether,chloroform and acetic ether in memantine hydrochloride are determinated by capillary gas chromatagraphy. The procedure involves the use of a capillary chromatography column(HP-INNOWAX,30 m×0.53 mm×1.0 um) and FID detector. The result showes that 4 solvents are completely separated, the regression equation coefficients of 4 solvents are above 0.99, the recoveries are 90%-110% and the RSDs are less than 2.0% respectively. The method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible.
