绵羊精液睾酮和微量元素变化与精液品质的关系 被引量:3

摘要 公绵羊精液睾酮(T)水平在8~12月极显著高于1~7月(P<001)。精液锌含量在配种季节10~12月明显高于非配种季节6月(P<001);铜含量在配种季节9月明显高于5~8月(P<001);硒含量在配种季节8~9月明显高于非配种季节4~6月(P<001);铁、锰含量在非配种季节4~6月较高。精液中硒含量变化与配种季节开始T水平的升高和精液品质的改善变化趋势一致。 The level of seminal testosterone was significantly higher in Aug~Dec than that in Jan~July (P<001) in ram The concentration of seminal zinc in Oct~ Dec was higher than that in June(P<001) The concentration of seminal copper in Sep was higher than that in May~Aug Seminal selenium level was higher in Aug and Sep than that in Apr~June The peak levels of seminal iron and manganese were found in Apr~June The results suggested that concentration of seminal selenium was highly in agreement with changes of seminal testosterone level and seminal quality
