摘要
应用随机整群抽样法，在阿拉善盟抽检了内蒙古绒山羊的２个群体各４０只，用淀粉凝胶电泳法测定了３３个血液蛋白座位，并对毛色及外貌特征进行了表型检测。结果表明，６个血液蛋白位（Ｔｆ、Ａｍｙ、ＰＡ－３、Ｅｓ－Ｄ、Ａｌｐ和Ｃａｔ）表现多态性，４个毛色座位有变异，１１个外形特征性状中，８个有变异体。平均杂合度分析表明，内蒙古绒山羊的变异程度小于辽宁绒山羊等品种。检测结果认为，内蒙古绒山羊属典型的北方山羊品种。
The phenotypic examination was carried out on two population (n=80) from Neimonggol Cashmere Goats with 33 blood protein loci examined by starch gel electrophotesis, 4 coat color loci and 11 appearance features by the random cluster sampling in A LA Shan district The results showed that polymorphism was found at six blood loci of Tf、Amy、PA-3、Es-D、Alp and Cat, four coat color loci and eight appearance features The degree of heterozggosity was smaller than those of Liaoning Cashmere goat The examined results in Neimonggol Cashmere goat as a whole showed that it was a typical goat breed in Northern of China
