春小麦杂种优势与同工酶酶谱相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,研究了9个春小麦杂种F1及其亲本的旗叶过氧化物酶同工酶,分析了酶谱与F1代的千粒重、穗粒数、穗粒重等产量性状及其优势的相关关系。结果表明,F1的产量性状及其杂种优势与其同工酶酶谱相关性较强,酶谱呈杂种酶谱或互补酶谱的其产量性状表现好,且杂种优势强。酶谱呈无差别型或缺失型的产量性状差,且呈负优势;另外,杂种优势及产量性状还与酶活性面积及其优势率呈正相关。其中,穗粒数、穗粒重及其杂种优势与酶活性面积优势率呈极显著正相关。r值分别为0.878、0.832、0.817和0.766。 Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE),peroxidase isozyme samples from the flag leaves of 9 hybrid spring wheat and their parents were analyzed,and the correlation between electrophoretic patterns and heterosis and yielding characteristics (such as kilograin weight,the weight and the number of grains per spike) of F1 were studies. The results that heterosis and yielding characteristics of F1 were highly correlated with their isoenzme patterns. Heterosis and yielding characteristics of hybrid wheats F1 with“ hybrid isozyme pattern” or “complementary isozyme pattern”are good while that of hybrid wheats with “ no difference isozyme patterns” or “delete isozyme patterns ” are poor.Furthermore, heterosis and yielding characteristics are positively correlated with enzyme active areas and superior rate. Among the factors concerned, grain number per spike, weihgt of the grains per spike and heterosis are significantly correlated with enzyme active area. The r value is 0.878,0.832,0.817 and 0.766, respectively.
