摘要
1994~1996年用5个K型小麦不育系与7个恢复系进行不完全双列杂交,研究杂交小麦灌浆特性的杂种优势及最终粒重与各灌浆参数间的关系。结果表明,第1灌浆阶段,杂交种普遍表现出持续期的正优势,灌浆速率的负优势,干物质积累量不同组合则优势表现不同;第2阶段,持续期大都表现为负优势,速率和干物质积累量杂种间差异较大;优势变异最广泛的是第3阶段,无论是持续期、速率,还是干物质积累量都如此。杂交种最终粒重受各种灌浆速率的影响较大,而受持续期的影响较小,以第2阶段干物质积累量g2的直接贡献最大。
The heterosis of parameters about grain filling characteristics and correlation between them were studied in 35 wheat hybrids crossed with 5 A-lines with Ae kotschyi cytoplasm and 7 R-lines The results showed that generally the grain filling period t1 was passitive heterosis , the grain filling rate FR1 Was negativ heterosis and the heterosis of grain weight g1 varied with hybrids in 1st stage of grain filling In the 2nd stage , the heterosis of t2 in most hybrids was negative, g2 and FR2 varied greatly in the 3rd stage , the heterosis , not only g3 , FR3 but also t3 , varied very greatly GW was influenced mainly by all kinds of grain filling rate In all parameters , g2 had the greatest direct contribution to GW
