枣主栽品种的抗裂性鉴定

Identification of Crackresistance for the Popular Varieties of Chinese Dates

采用室内果实浸泡法，对枣主栽品种进行抗裂性测定。根据枣果的抗裂程度可把枣品种分为极抗裂、抗裂、较抗裂、易裂和极易裂５个类型；根据抗裂性与果实着色程度的关系，可分为花红果裂果程度大于全红果的品种，花红果裂果程度小于全红果，花红果与全红果裂果程度无差异３个类型。枣果抗裂性还与果实用途有关，制干品种抗裂性强，鲜食品种抗裂性差，鲜干兼用品种抗裂性介于两者之间。
