水飞蓟综合利用基础研究 Ⅲ水飞蓟凝集素

研究发现水飞蓟种仁中存在凝集素（ＳＭＬ）。提取ＳＭＬ时，种仁粉与ＴｒｉｓＨＣｌ（ｐＨ７２）缓冲液的抽提比例为１∶５时较为合适，此时的滴度为２４，发生凝集反应的蛋白质浓度为３８７μｇ／ｍｌ。水飞蓟凝集素的最适ｐＨ为６～８。其热稳定性较强，能耐６０℃温度处理。其专一性糖为Ｄ半乳糖。经硫酸铵分级沉淀。
