摘要
对生姜不同叶位叶片光合特性研究表明,中位叶光合速率(Pn)最高,其次为下位叶,上位嫩叶最低。生姜不同叶位叶的光补偿点在1846~3082μmol/m2·s间,中位叶>上位叶>下位叶;光饱和点为6248~8276μmlo/m2·s,中位叶>下位叶>上位叶。生姜叶片的CO2补偿点为296~1638μl/L,饱和点为1499~1582μl/L,中位叶最低,下位叶次之,上位叶最高。生姜叶片Pn日变化呈一双峰曲线,第1次高峰出现在9:00,第2次高峰在13:00~14:00。第1侧枝叶的Pn明显大于主枝叶的Pn。
This experiment was carried out to study the photosynthetic characteristics of different leafposition leaves in ginger The result showed that photosynthetic rate (Pn) of midposition leaf was the highest, secondly in lowerposition leaf, and the lowest in upperposition leaf The light compensation point of different leafposition leaves was among 1846~3082 μmol/m2·s,and it was the highest in midposition leaf, lowest in lowerposition leaf The light saturation point was among 6248~8276 μmol/m2·s, and that of upper, middle and lower position leaves was 6248,8276 and 7995 μmol/m2·s respectively CO2 compensation point in upper, middle and lower position leaves was 1638, 296 and 714 μl/L Respectively CO2 saturation point in upper, middle and lower position leaves was 1 5433, 1 4990 and 1 5820 μl/L Respectively diurnal variation of Pn in different leafposition leaves was the double peak curve, and first peak was at about 9:00 AM,second one appeared among 13:00~14:00
