生姜不同叶位叶片光合特性研究 被引量:20

摘要 对生姜不同叶位叶片光合特性研究表明,中位叶光合速率(Pn)最高,其次为下位叶,上位嫩叶最低。生姜不同叶位叶的光补偿点在1846~3082μmol/m2·s间,中位叶>上位叶>下位叶;光饱和点为6248~8276μmlo/m2·s,中位叶>下位叶>上位叶。生姜叶片的CO2补偿点为296~1638μl/L,饱和点为1499~1582μl/L,中位叶最低,下位叶次之,上位叶最高。生姜叶片Pn日变化呈一双峰曲线,第1次高峰出现在9:00,第2次高峰在13:00~14:00。第1侧枝叶的Pn明显大于主枝叶的Pn。 This experiment was carried out to study the photosynthetic characteristics of different leafposition leaves in ginger The result showed that photosynthetic rate (Pn) of midposition leaf was the highest, secondly in lowerposition leaf, and the lowest in upperposition leaf The light compensation point of different leafposition leaves was among 1846~3082 μmol/m2·s,and it was the highest in midposition leaf, lowest in lowerposition leaf The light saturation point was among 6248~8276 μmol/m2·s, and that of upper, middle and lower position leaves was 6248,8276 and 7995 μmol/m2·s respectively CO2 compensation point in upper, middle and lower position leaves was 1638, 296 and 714 μl/L Respectively CO2 saturation point in upper, middle and lower position leaves was 1 5433, 1 4990 and 1 5820 μl/L Respectively diurnal variation of Pn in different leafposition leaves was the double peak curve, and first peak was at about 9:00 AM,second one appeared among 13:00~14:00
