Faced with personalized art students of the late of 80s, it is the primary mission how to make students self-manage- ment,and design good student university life. This paper analyzes these aspects as taking the military training as the turning point, taking the friend as the master line, taking the mass organization as the backing, taking the studies as the core, taking the employment as a goal.
