摘要
介绍了双氧水生产装置由3.5 kt/a提产到6 kt/a的扩产改造,通过对工作液密度、流动类型、阻力等的计算,算出泵的扬程,再根据泵的扬程和流体的特性来选择合适的泵,以达到扩产改造的需求。经实践证明,此方法选出的泵满足生产需要,带来了显著的经济效益。
The reform of hydrogen peroxide solution plant from the productive capacity from 3.5kt/a to 6kt/a was introduced in this article. With respects to the density of the working liquid, the flow type and the resistance, the required head of the pump was calculated. The proper pump, then, can be selected based on the pump head and fluid properties so as to meet the requirement of capacity expansion. It has been shown from the practice that by using this method, the selected pump reached the productive requirement and can create apparent economic profit.
