发展价值论是关于发展的本质、目标、方式及其伦理属性等根本态度和基本观点的价值论表达,是对于发展的价值关系、发展的价值诉求、发展的价值精神、发展的价值取向和价值选择、发展的价值尺度和评价标准等问题从哲学层面进行比较系统的价值阐述,是理论化、系统化的发展价值观。构建科学的发展价值论有利于从理性的层面贯彻和落实科学发展观。科学发展观坚持从传统的以物质生产为中心的经济增长模式转到以人为本的全面发展上来,促成了社会发展价值论由崇尚经济发展转向崇尚人的全面发展和人的幸福的价值世界。

Axiological development is an axiological expression about the fundamental attitudes and basic views on the nature, objective and property of development. It gives a systematic elaboration of development＇s value relationships, value appeals, value spirits, value orientations, value choices, value measurements and ap- praisement standards from the philosophical perspective. Scientific construction of value development theory is conducive to a rational implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development, which adheres to the shift from traditional material production- centered model of economic growth to the people- oriented all- round develop- ment, and leads to the social value development by sublimating the value of economic development to a value world of people＇s aU - round development and people＇s happiness.
