An Overview of Huxiang Culture

湖湘文化是形成、发展和传播于湖南省境内的一种地域文化。为了更好地弘扬湖湘文化的当代价值和在当代社会的继承、创新和应用,使之在新的历史条件下焕发生机活力,还需要学者们作出更大的努力。

Huxiang Culture is a regional culture that is formed, developed and spread within the territory of Hunan Province. Scholars should exert much more efforts not only to further carry forward the contemporary values of Huxiang Culture, but also to facilitate its inherence, innovation and application in modern times, so as to invigorate Huxiang Culture under the new historical conditions.
