一种活塞环光密封度测试仪的设计

摘要 基于光学原理设计了一种活塞环光密封度测试仪。该仪器由光电传感组件、机械传动装置以及控制与数据采集处理系统三部分组成。机械传动装置中放置活塞环的大齿轮盘一端由电机通过小齿轮驱动,另一端由滚动轴承支撑,结构简单,传动准确。控制与数据采集处理系统中的上位机将单片机传输来的数据处理后以极坐标方式表达,实现了活塞环漏光程度和位置的可视化,与目前国内活塞环生产企业普遍使用的人工目测方法在视觉上非常接近。 This paper designed a piston ring light leakage meter based on optical principle.This meter was composed of three parts including light sensor,mechanical transmission,and control and data acquisition processing system.The disk type gear where the piston ring was fixed in the mechanical transmission was driven by the motor through a small gear at one end,and supported by rolling bearing at the other end.It was simple and efficient.The host computer in the control and data acquisition processing system processed data transmitted by MCU and showed the result by using polar coordinate system,making the degree of light leakage and position of piston ring visualized.The result is highly consistent with that got by visual observation,which is quite popular in China’s piston producing companies now.
