摘要
新经济条件下,企业战略环境的变化推动企业战略关系由竞争演变为竞合。在竞合条件下,企业要长期保持竞争优势,就必须在竞争与合作的基础上搞好自己的战略定位,树立战略定位的新理念,明确战略定位的取向和维度,在产业链竞争中增强自己的优势。
Under the new economic condition, the change of enterprise strategy environment impetus enterprise strategy relations evolved from competition to cooperation. In the competition & cooperation world, in order to maintain the long-term competitive advantage, the enterprises must position well based on both competition and cooperation foundation, as well as set up new strategic ideology, clarify the strategic position choice and dimension, strengthen their own competition superiority in the industrial chain.
