基于模糊推理的舰艇作战能力评估方法

The Navel Combat capability Assessment based on Fuzzy Reasoning

自古以来，如何解决“作战能力”的度量一直是人们研究战争时的一个关键问题。五十年代末期以来，美国从事军事系统分析的专家们，创造性地把国民经济统计中的指数概念移植于装备评估和作战评估，建立了一种新的度量方法，即杜佩指数法；我国的军事系统分析专家们在学习、跟踪杜佩指数法的基础上又提出了综合指数法；本文在综合指数法的基础上引入语言变量对舰艇的对海作战能力进行评估，并对计算结果进行了分析。

How to evaluate the combat capability has been a key problem for people to research combat problem for a long time.The American experts engaging in military system analysis transplanted creatively the concept of national economic index to armament and combat assessment. So a novel method of evaluation namely Dupuy index was built.Our native experts of military analysis proposed a synthesis index method according to the technology of Dupuy index method.This paper adopts natural language variable to evaluate navel combat capability using the synthesis index method.The experimental results are then analyzed.
