猫细小病毒JL1-05株的分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 通过细胞培养方法,从疑似患猫泛白细胞减少症而死亡的成年猫体内分离到1株病毒,命名为JL1-05。经细胞敏感试验、形态学观察、血凝及血凝抑制试验、动物感染、特征序列PCR扩增及测序分析,该病毒在猫肾细胞上生长良好,无囊膜,直径为20~24nm,对热、乙醚、氯仿、胰蛋白酶有抗性,在4℃对猪红细胞有凝集作用,PCR扩增产物与预期一致,与标准毒株VP2基因序列同源性高达99%以上。该病毒特征与猫细小病毒的基本相符,为猫细小病毒。 With the cell culture method,a parvovirus strain JL1-05 was successfully isolated from an adult dead feline which might have been infected by FPV. Through sensitive tests, morphology survey, HA and HI tests, artificial infection experiment,PCR detection and sequenced and so on, we observed that the parvovirus strain with a diameter of 20-24 nm long could grow very well on F81 cells; was no capsule; resisted to heat,aether,chloroform and parenzyme;had agglutination with the red blood cell of pig at 4℃ ;and its PCR amplification products tallied with our exception. Its gene sequence homology compared with the stand strain (VP2) was up to 99%. All the results proved that the isolated virus was feline panleucopenia virus.
