摘要
从生产线平衡和动作研究的基本概念出发,引入了利用动作研究提高生产线平衡性的方法,并给出了生产线平衡率的通用公式。提出了将达宝易软件应用于动作研究,使用计算机对生产线中的瓶颈工序进行动素分析和优化,从而降低了瓶颈工序的作业时间,提高生产线的平衡性。最后,给出某企业应用达宝易改善生产线的例子,通过动作研究生产线平衡率提高了17%,日产能从100件提高到127件,验证了达宝易软件的效益。
Based on the basic concept of production line balancing and motion study, a method using motion analysis to improve production line balancing was proposed,and the formula for line balancing ratio was presented. This paper pointed out that software Double-E could be used for motion study and with the computer to analyze and optimize the motion of bottleneck operations, so it could reduce their operating time and improve the line balancing greatly. Finally,an example of improving production line by Double-E in an enterprise was presented,the line balance ratio is improved by 17%, the output per day is raised to 127 from 100, and it also proves the beneficial result of Double-E.
