基于状态空间法的我国近岸海域生态环境人文因素影响评价

Evaluation of influence of human factor on ecological environment of seashore of China based on the status space method

以状态空间法为理论基础，构建区域海域生态环境人文因素影响程度的定量评价方法。根据该方法，利用2004～2005年的数据定量测算了我国近岸海域生态环境人文因素的影响程度。评价结果表明，我国近海地区人文因素所带来的影响已大幅度超出近岸海域生态环境的可承受限度。为实现我国近岸海域生态环境的可持续发展，建议培植资源节约环境友好型价值体系，重立资源环境修复的技术观，实行技术干预与人文牵引相结合的政策。

Based on the status space method, a quantitative method for evaluation of the influence of the human factor on the coastal ecological environment is censtmcted. According to the method, the influence of the human factor on the ecological environment of the seashore of China is quantitatively calculated using data from 2004-2005. The results show that the influence of the human factor in this area greatly exceeds the supportable limit of the coastal ecological environment. It is suggested that a resource-saving and environmentally friendly value system should be fostered, a view of technology on resources and environmental remediation should be reestablished, and policies of incorporating technical intervention with culture guidance should be carried out.
