小城镇建设用地布局合理性评价研究——以重庆市璧山县为例

A research on rationality evaluation of building land in small towns ——A case study of Bishan, Chongqing

对小城镇建设用地布局现状进行科学评价,是进行建设用地优化布局的前提和基础;采用多因素综合评价的方法,构建了一套小城镇建设用地布局评价体系,据此以重庆市璧山县为例对其小城镇建设用地布局进行评价并划分等级;对加快璧山县小城镇建设用地布局优化和新一轮土地利用总体规划修编提出了建议。

To evaluate the current situation of building layout of a small town scientifically and find the causes problem is the premise and foundation of optimization of building land layout.This paper uses the method of multi-factored composite evaluation and constructs a set of index system of evaluation of building land layout of small towns. It evaluates the building land layout of Bishan and classified it. At last ,this article gives some advice on how to accelerate the optimization of building land layout of Bishan and to the new round of land use planning revision.
