摘要
采用电解催化法对铝酸钠蒸发母液脱氯进行了试验。结果表明,蒸发母液比透过液的电解脱氯率高68.7%;电解40min内蒸发母液脱氯率最大可达到96%,氯离子质量浓度从17.8g·L-1降至0.65g·L-1,脱氯的绝对值达17g·L-1以上;钛板阴极比钛网阴极的脱氯效果好。电解催化法对蒸发母液脱氯具有可行性,其脱氯效率高、能耗极低,是蒸发母液脱氯的新技术。
The dechlorination of evaporation mother liquor of sodium aluminate by electrocatalysis was studied, The result showed that the rate of dechlorination of mother liquor was 68.7% higher than that of permeate liquid by electroeatalysis; the maximal efficiency of dechlorination of mother liquor by electrocatalysis reached 96% in 40 min, Moreover, the concentration of chloride in solution was from 17.8 g·L^-1 to 0.65 g·L^-1, the absolute value of removal of chloride amount to 17 g·L^-1; the efficiency of dechlorination of titanium plate cathode was better than that of SynMesh cathode; Electrocatasis had technical feasibility on removal of chloride from mother liquor and had very low power consumption. Furthermore,it was efficient in dechlorination and a novel technology ofdechlorination of mother liquor.
