摘要 应用荧光光谱法研究了保泰松和布洛芬与牛血清白蛋白分子间的相互作用,得到了分子间的结合常数和热力学参数.利用已有的计算方法,建立了相应的计算机程序,使计算结果更合理.通过与常见公式计算的结果进行比较,所建立的方法得到了比较满意的结果.同时考察了常见金属离子对药物与蛋白相互作用的影响. The interaction of bovine serum albumin with phenylbutazone and ibuprofen was studied by fluorescenee spectrometry. The binding and thermodynamic parameters were obtained. The reasonable results were obtained by programmed calculation process based on the calculating equation established. By comparison with the results obtained by the other calculating methods, it is proved that the satisfactory results can be obtained by the proposed method. In addition, the effects of common ions on the binding of the drugs and bovine serum albumin were also examined.
