戈塘卡林型金矿区苔藓植物与维管植物元素相关性研究

Correlations of elements for bryophytes and vascular plants from Getang carlin gold deposit

利用A Analyst800原子吸收光谱仪和AF-640原子荧光光谱仪(AF-640))对戈塘金矿区的苔藓植物和维管植物进行元素含量测定,应用SPSS统计软件进行相关性分析,发现不同类群植物在卡林型金矿区的元素相关性差异很大,同一类群植物在金矿和煤矿上相关性不同。此结果为探矿植物的研究提供了有力的证据。

Element contents of bryophytes and vascular plants from Getang carlin gold deposit were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer （AA- 800） and Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy （AF -640）. A statistical software SPSS was used in correlation analysis which showed that the correlations between different plants had remarkable differences, and the correlations of a certain kind of plants in gold deposit and coal mine were also different. The result provided some evidences for deposit prospecting plants research.
