摘要 为提高数控加工效率和改善加工质量,针对数控铣削加工参数优化问题,以球头刀具为研究对象,提出基于铣削力仿真的离线进给速度优化方法。提出的方法通过建立各个加工工序相应的铣削力优化目标模型,采用铣削力仿真的手段,预测数控铣削加工中产生的瞬时铣削力,根据各个加工工序建立的铣削力优化目标控制加工过程中瞬时铣削力的变化,以提出的给定最大铣削力、给定参考铣削力和给定铣削力范围方法对各个工序进给速度进行优化。给出了各进给速度优化方法的具体实现步骤,进给速度优化后自动修改NC(Numerical Control)程序反映优化结果。应用实例证明了提出的基于铣削力仿真的进给速度离线优化算法的有效性。 To improve the efficiency and the quality of NC machining, the off-line feederate optimization method is presented in the ball-end parameter optimization process of NC machining based on simulation of cutting force. The optimization method utilizes the objective requirements of each machining step to set constraint relation between the cutting force and the feedrate, and establishes feedrate optimization objective model. The feedrate of each machining step is optimized by the given maximum cutting force method, reference cutting force method and cutting force range method. The machining parameters in NC programs are auto-modified to reflect the optimization effect. The experimental result of NC machining shows that the proposed optimization algorithms are effective.
