摘要
利用硫脲紫外法对菜籽饼粕中硫甙、OZT含量进行了测定,根据硫甙降解原理,推导出用硫脲紫外法测定ITC含量公式,并与银量法测定ITC结果对比分析,t检验表明两者差异不显著(P>0.05);线性分析,两者相关系数R=0.999 5。由此建立了一个适用于饲料行业中的快速和大批量同时测定硫甙I、TC和OZT的方法,该方法操作简单、快速,使用普及面更广。
The content of glucosinolate and oxazolidine in rapeseed cake was determined by using thiourea ultraviolet method. According to the degradation principles of glueosinolate, the formula for determination of isothioeyanate in rapeseed meal was derived. There was no difference on the determination of isothiocyanate by t test ( P 〉 0.05)and the correlation coefficient R was 0.999 5 by contrasting analysis. Thus, a method for fast simultaneous determination of glucosinolate,isothiocyanate and oxazohdine in feed industry was established, which was operated easily and used widely.
