红掌突变体花青素含量的测定与比较 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]为在分子水平研究突变体的形成及调控机制提供理论基础。[方法]以红掌品种阿里巴巴的野生型及突变体为试材,对绿色突变体与野生型进行外部形态的观察。通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了2种材料各部位的花青素种类和含量。[结果]突变体与野生型红掌花青素含量显著不同。在野生型的佛焰苞、叶片、叶柄中含有3种花色苷:花青素-芸香糖苷、花葵素-芸香糖苷、甲基花青素-芸香糖苷;而在突变体中,除了在叶柄中检测到花青素-芸香糖苷一种花色苷外,佛焰苞的叶片中检测不到任何花青素成分。[结论]突变体中可能出现了不可恢复的突变,造成花青素在合成与积累过程中出现问题,导致无法呈现正常的颜色。 [ Objective] The theoretical basis of the research at molecular level on the mechanism of the forwation and regulation of Anthurium mutant was provided. [ Method ] The external morphology of wild species of Anthurium variety---Alibeba and its mutant was observed and the kind and content of anthocyanidins at different parts of plant were analyzed with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). [Results] The results showed that there was significant difference in the content of anthocyanidins between the wild species and its mutant and there were three kinds of anthocyanidins in spathe, leaf and petiole of wild species: anthocyanidin-rutinoside, pelargonidin-rutinoside, peonidin-rutinoside. However, in the mutant, apart from the determination of anthocyanidin-rutinoside, no content of other anthocyanidins was found. [ Conclusion] The unrecoverable mutation from the wild species of anthurium variety resulted in the problem formation in the course of synthesis and accumulation of anthocyanins so that the normal color did not appear in the mutant.
