摘要
[目的]研究生姜根茎的内部结构特征与生长发育规律。[方法]在生姜生长发育期,采用组织切片和光学显微镜对姜根茎内部结构进行观察。[结果]结果表明,姜幼嫩根茎具有初生增厚分生组织,成熟根茎横切面上层次结构明显,具有类皮层和类中柱的结构,有限维管束分布于薄壁组织中,具维管组织环和周皮,油细胞、分泌细胞和分泌腔发达,成熟薄壁细胞具有大量淀粉粒。姜根茎的增粗生长与初生增厚分生组织的活动有关。[结论]该研究结果为生姜的优质高产提供依据。
[ Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the internal structure of rhizoma of Zingiber officinaoie Rose and its growth and development law. [Method] During the growth and development period of Zingiber officinaoie Rose,the characters of the internal structure of rhizoma and its growth and development law were observed with optical microscope. [Result]The results indicated that there was a layer primary thickening mefisterm in ground tissue of young Zingiber officinooie Rose rhizomain transerverse section of mature rhizoma, it had obvious gradation. With similar cortex and similar stele, secondary protective tissue phellem,and vascular tissue cycle,finity vascular bundles were crossly distributed in the parenchyma. Secretory cell and cavities were more, and there were large quantity starch grains in the parenchyma cell: The growth and development of Zingiber officinaoie Rose thizoma was related to primary thickening meristem. [ Conclusion]This research will provide the scientific references for high quality of Zingiber officinaoie Rose.
