摘要
绿茶对防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎、降血脂、减肥、清口臭等均有特殊效果。论述了绿茶功能性成分对人体健康的生理效应及其机制研究,以期为喝茶爱好者提供参考。
Green tea has special effects of anti-aging, anti-cancer, anticancer, bactericidal, anti-inflanmmtory, reducing blood fat, losing weight, clearing bad breath and so on. The physiological effects of functional components in green tea to the human health and their mechanism were discussed, in order to provide reference for the tea lovers.
