青冈栎树根提取液的抗癌活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨青冈栎树根提取液的抗癌活性。[方法]采用MTT法,以浓度分别为0.40、0.81、1.61、3.13、6.251、2.5l2、5.00 mg/ml青冈栎树根提取液处理3种人肿瘤细胞(胃癌细胞株MGC-803、子宫颈癌细胞株Hela和肝癌细胞株BEL-7404)48 h,观察不同浓度青冈栎树根提取液对上述细胞的毒性和生长抑制率。[结果]青冈栎树根提取液对3种人肿瘤细胞的生长均有抑制作用且呈剂量依赖关系,作用48 h的IC50值分别为4.9664、.889和7.043 mg/ml。[结论]青冈栎树根提取液在一定浓度下对3种人肿瘤细胞均有细胞毒性,显示青冈栎树根中含有抗癌的有效成分。该研究成果可为青冈栎的进一步开发和利用及研制抗癌保健药品提供理论依据。 [ Objective] The research aimed to explore the activity on anti-cancer of Cyclobalanopsis glauca root extractive. [ Method] The cytotoxicity and growth inhibition ratio of three kinds of human tumor cell lines, MGC-803, Hela and BEL-7404 were treated with Cyclobalanopsis glauca root extract at different final concentrations of 0.40, 0.81, 1.61, 3.13, 6.25, 12.50 and 25 mg/ml for 48 h were assayed by MTT colorimetric method. The toxicity and inhibition rate of Gyclobalanopsis glauca root extract at different concentrations on the above cells were observed. [ Result] Cyclobalanopsis glauca root extract could inhibit the growth of these three cells, which appeared dose dependent. IC50 value at 48 h were about 4.966,4.889 and 7.043 mg/ml resp. [ Conclusion] Cyclobalanopsis glauca root extractive possessed distinct cytotoxicity on the three kinds of human tumor cells, it shows that Cyclobalanopsis glauca root contain the active ingredient on anti-cancer. This research could provide theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of health care to develop anticancer drugs of Cyclobalanopsis glauca.
