摘要 [目的]建立超声波提取牡丹皮多糖的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用正交试验,以多糖提取率为指标,对浸提液料比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取温度(C)和提取次数(D)进行优选研究。[结果]影响牡丹皮多糖提取率的因素主次关系C>A>D>B,最佳提取工艺A3B1C1D3。[结论]试验优选所得工艺较稳定可行。 [Objective] The research aimed to set up the optimum extraction technology of polysaccharide from tree peony bark by ultrasonic wave. [ Method] By using orthogonul experiment, with the extraction rate of polysaccharide as the index, the extraction liquid-material ratio (A), extraction time (B), extraction temperature (C) and extraction times (D) were optimized. [ Result] The order of the influencing factors of the extraction rate of polysaccharide from tree peony bark was as follows: C 〉 A 〉 D 〉 B. The optimum extraction technology was A3 B1C1D3. [ Conclusion ] The optimized technology from the experiment was stable and feasible.
