橡胶树不同品种(系)抗寒性的室内鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]筛选抗寒性较强的橡胶品种,为橡胶的生产及抗寒育种提供理论依据。[方法]以93-114作为对照,通过室内鉴定法,用人工气候箱模拟辐射寒害,对国家橡胶种质资源圃的31个品种(系)橡胶芽条进行了抗寒性的室内鉴定。[结果]31个品种(系)中,抗寒性强的品种(系)有3个,占9.68%;抗寒性较强的品种有13个,占41.94%;抗寒性中等的品种有4个,占12.90%;抗寒性较弱的品种有6个,占19.35%;抗寒性弱的品种有5个,占16.13%。[结论]热研7-18-55、93-114、热研2-14-39芽条抗寒性最强,徐育3I、AN873、针选1(4)、五星I3、热研4、保亭3412、红山67-15、湛试496-1、闽林71-22、云研77-2、文昌7-35-11、南牛田1-1、热研88-13芽条抗寒性较强,BPM24、IAN2887、RRIC52、热研7-20-59、针选5芽条抗寒性最弱。 [ Objective] The study aimed to screen Hevea brasiliensis varieties with strong cold resistance and provided the theoretical basis for production and cold resistance breeding. [Method] With 93-114 as the CK, the bud sticks of 31 varieties (lines) of H. brasiliensis that belong to State Rubber Germplasm Resources Nursery were made for laburatory identification of the cold resistance. [ Result ] Among 31 varieties (lines), 3 varieties (lines) with strong cold resistance, being 9.68% of the total; 13 varieties with stronger cold-resistance, being 41.94% of the total; 4 varieties with middle cold-resistance, being 12.90% of the total; 6 varieties with weaker cold-resistance, being 19.35% of the total; 5 varieties with weak cold resistance, being 16.13% of the total. [ Conclusion] The cold resistance in the bud sticks of Reyan 7-18-55, 93-114, Reyan 2-14-39 was the strongest, and that of Xuyu 3, IANS873, Zhenxuan 1(4)4 Wuxing I3, Reyan 4, Baoting 3412, Hongshan 67-15, Zhanshi 496-1, Minlin 71-22, Yunyan 77-2, Wenchang 7-35-11, Nanniutian 1-1, Reyan 88-13 was the stronger, but that of BPM24, IAN 2887, RRIC 52, Reyan 7-20-59, 2laenxuan 5 was weakest.
