摘要
为科学地确定棉花适宜播种期,对天津地区近30年历史数据进行分析,发现了棉花适宜播种期与当地气象因子之间的关系,并应用信息技术建立了基于网络的棉花适宜播种期预测系统。介绍了系统的设计思路和开发方法,叙述了系统的功能、结构以及数据库的设计方法。
In order to confirm the suitable seedtime of cotton, based on analyzing the historical data in Tianjin area during the past 30 years, the relationship between suitable seedtime of cotton and local weather factors was found. The forecast system of cotton suitable seedtime based on network was established by using information technology. The design ideas and development methods of the system were introduced. The function and structure of the system, and the design methods of system database were discussed.
