摘要
将不同制粒性能的铁矿粉进行科学分类,通过矿种的合理搭配,改善烧结混合料的成球性,对改善料层透气性,提高烧结矿产量具有重要的意义。本研究分析了影响烧结混合料制粒效果的各种因素,对铁矿石的制粒性能进行了较为准确的特征提取。通过模糊聚类分析,对铁矿石的制粒性能进行了分类。结果表明,此分类法是合理可行的。
Classification of iron ores of different granulation properties has important significance, that can improve the ballability of siutering mixture and the permeability of sintering layer and increase the output of sinter via the reasonable proportioning of raw minerals. In this paper, the various factors which affect the granulation of sinter mixture were analyzed, and then the accurate feature extraction of granulation performance was get. Through the general steps of fuzzy cluster analysis, the granulation performance of iron ore was classified. The results showed that fuzzy clustering on classification of iron ore granulation performance is feasible.
