摘要
通过收集攀钢炼铁厂142m2电除尘器的运行数据,利用高压变频技术和计算机控制技术开发出了针对该电除尘系统风机(2台6kV/460kW)和供电电源(6台0.7A/72kV)的节能控制模型。该模型投运后,风机电耗和电源电耗分别下降了12.4%和10.5%,取得了显著的节能效果。
By collecting the operation data of 142m^2 ESP in Pansteel iron-making plant, and by utilizing high voltage frequency conversion technology and computer control technology, the energy saving control model for fans (2 sets 6kV/ 460kW) and power supply (6 sets 0.7A/72kV ) of ESP system was developed. After the model was put into operation, the fan electricity consumption and power supply consumption decreased by 12.4% and 10.5 % separately, and remarkable energy saving effect was obtained.
