针对莱钢265m2烧结机台车出现隔热垫大面积脱落的问题,通过研究国内现有台车及隔热垫的结构,设计出了一种实用的新型台车体及隔热垫装配结构,使隔热垫脱落问题得到根本解决,从而提高了烧结机产量和质量,取得了良好的经济效益。

In view of the problem of large area come-off of thermal insulation board for Laisteel 265m^2 sinter machine, through study of the existing pallet and its insulation board structure domestically, a practical new type of pallet body and its insulation board assembling structure were designed, and the problem of insulation board come-off was solved basically, thus the sinter machine output and quality were increased, and good economic benefits were obtained.
