摘要
济钢一炼铁厂为了减少原料场粉尘污染,通过开发应用料场自动喷洒水系统、皮带转运站除尘系统和链斗卸车机除尘系统,使原料场扬尘现象得到了根本解决,厂区粉尘浓度由原来的100mg/m3降至10mg/m3。
In order to decrease the dust pollution of raw material field, a series of dedust techniques e. g. the automatically spray water system of raw material field, the dedust system of conveyors transfer tower, the dedust system of plate chain type bucket elevator, were developed and applied in No. 1 iron works of ]inan Iron and Steel Group Corporation. As a result, the dust concentration was decreased from 100 mg/m^3 to 10 mg/m^3.
