太钢450m2烧结机在高比例配用生石灰作为主要熔剂进行烧结生产时遇到了一系列问题,通过在生石灰仓内安装流化装置;改造螺旋给料系统;实施生石灰出料总量检测跟踪以及生石灰质量监测等措施,最终解决了高比例生石灰难以稳定配加的问题,为烧结过程的强化与稳定创造了条件,实现了烧结矿成分的稳定控制和烧结矿产质量指标的大幅提升。

Quicklime is the main flux for Mntering process of Taisteel 450m^2 sinter machine, and a series of problems occurred in the sintering process with addition of high ration quicklime, such measures were taken like installing fluidizer in the quicklime bin, modifying screw feeding system, conducting total quicklime discharge quantity measuring and tracing and quicklime quality monitoring etc. , and the problem of difficult stable addition of high ratio quicklime was solved at last, and thus conditions were created for strengthening and stability of sintering process, and stable control of sinter components and significant increase of sinter quality indexes were realized.
