超声心动图诊断心房转移性肿瘤——附5例病例报告

Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Atrial Metastatic Tumor——5 Case Report

目的探讨心房转移性肿瘤的超声心动图特征.方法分析5例心房转移性肿瘤病例的超声心动图特点.结果5例心房转移性肿瘤超声心动图的直接征像为心房内实质性占位,间接征像为心房占位所致的心房内径增大,瓣膜机械性狭窄,彩色多普勒显像示残余心腔的血流信号.结论超声心动图是无创性评价心房肿瘤的敏感检查方法,并可与心腔血栓及粘液瘤初步鉴别.

Objective To investigate the ultrasound echocardiography （UCG） feature ofmetastalic tumor occurred in caroliac atrium. Method We analyzed the UCG data of five cases of auricular metastalie tumor, and retrospectively reviewed the correlative literatures. Results The direct sign of UCG was the occupation image of the solid tumor. Indirect signs were increased atrium inner diameter and mechanical stegnosis of the valves induced from the tumor occupation. At the same time, color Doppler ultrasound indicated the residuary blood signal in atrium. Conclusion Echocardiography is a sensitive and non-invasive method for evaluating the metastatic tumor in atrium, it is also favorable to the initiatory discrimination of thrombus in heart chambors and myxomas.
