摘要
建立度量点集之间系统相关性指标与矩阵的谱条件的联系，结果表明，这种系统相关系数不仅能反映谱点的两极，对其它谱点也有反映，因而更具合理性．
The relations between this correlation indicatrix and the generalized condition numbers is investigated,the correlation can mirror not only two poles of spectra but also another spectras.The application in cluster analysis and regression is also discussed.
