摘要 利用缔合物系相平衡模型,由二套二元汽液平衡数据及一套二元液液平衡数据回归得到了NRTL方程参数;推算了该体系的三元汽液平衡数据,拟合精度令人满意。进一步利用该模型做了精馏塔的模拟计算,并与精馏塔测得的实验值相比较,四套精馏塔实验数据与模拟计算结果均能较好吻合,证明该缔合物系相平衡模型可以用于缔合物系的相平衡及精馏计算。 Using the phase equilibrium model of associated system and through regression of two sets of binary vapor-liquid equilibrium data and one set of liquid-liquid equilibrium data, the authors derive the NRTL equation parameters and deduct the trinary vapor-liquid equilibrium data of this system; the fitting accuracy is satisfactory. The model is further used for simulated computation of rectification tower, the results are compared with the experimental data measured from the rectification tower; all four sets of experimental data are desirably fitted with the results of simulated computation, thus proves the phase equilibrium model of this associated system can be in the computation of phase equilibrium and rectification of associated system.
